Artiststore uses a simple, automated payment process for order fulfillment:
1. Payment/Billing Account Binding:
Customer payments: Artists must connect Stripe or PayPal business account for receiving customer payments(both is better)
Platform billing: credit card or debit card are both available for platform billing.
Note:You may use a debit card to pay your platform bills, provided that the card supports international or cross-border online transactions.
Before linking your card, we recommend contacting your issuing bank to confirm whether international payment functionality has been enabled. Please note that some banks may require this feature to be activated in advance.
2. Customer Payment:
When your customer places an order, the payment(product selling price + shipping fee) is transferred directly to your Stripe or PayPal account. You can withdraw the earnings from these accounts at any time.
3. Platform Billing:
Your connected credit card or debit card will be automatically charged by Artiststore within two hours for each order for:
- Product production cost
- Shipping fee
Note: Make sure your credit card has sufficient balance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
