To help Artiststore receive Etsy order information and process production and fulfillment, please complete the following setup.
1. Add Artiststore as a Production Partner
Log in to the Etsy website and go to:
Shop Manager
→ Settings
→ Partners you work with
→ Add a new production partner
Enter the following information:
For the partnership questions, select the options that best match the following:
● I design the products;
● Artiststore produces, prints, packs and ships the products;
● I need a production partner because I do not have the required equipment or production capacity.
Click Save partner when finished.
2. Link Artiststore to Your Listings
After adding the Production Partner, you must link Artiststore to the relevant Etsy listings.
Go to:
Shop Manager → Listings
Open a product fulfilled by Artiststore and select:
Artiststore
under Production partners.
Save the listing.
For multiple listings, select them from the Listings page and use:
Editing options → Change production partners
to link Artiststore in bulk.
3. Check Shipping Information
Make sure the Shipping Profile contains the following information:
These details are based on the Artiststore production location and should not be changed.
You may adjust the shipping fees and available delivery regions based on your store requirements.
4. Confirm the Setup
Please make sure that:
● Artiststore appears in your Production Partner list;
● Artiststore is linked to the relevant listings;
● Ship from country is set to China;
● Origin postal code is set to 322000;
● Your Etsy store remains connected to Artiststore.
5. What If the Order Address Is Missing?
If the shipping address is still unavailable for an Etsy order, please:
1. Check the order’s shipping address in your Etsy dashboard.
2. Log in to the Artiststore artist dashboard.
3. Find the corresponding order.
4. Manually enter or update the shipping address.
5. Save the address and resubmit the order. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee. Once the POD Billing has been paid, the order will enter production.
Manually updating the address will not affect production or fulfillment.
